When does Zan open?
Zan opens 2-3 months after the waitlist closes. We'll send you a message on WhatsApp/email when we go live.
Is it really free?
Yes. Joining is free and using the app is free. We don't ask for your bank card.
What happens when 100,000 is reached?
The list closes. Nobody else can join until Zan opens to everyone, one year later.
Where can I use Zan?
At restaurants, gyms, spas and cinemas in Accra and Tema that have joined Zan. You'll see them all in the app.
Will I ever have to pay?
No. Your membership stays free. Later we'll introduce an optional higher tier with extra benefits, such as a cashback card for retail purchases, and a corporate plan paid for by employers. You won't need either to enjoy Zan.
Who is behind Zan?
Zan is run by Zantech Limited, an Accra based company. Our office is at AfricaWorks, 3rd Floor, The Galleria, Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel, Accra. We only use your number and email to check your spot and to tell you when Zan launches.
